  1. If you begin to feel sea sick, or motion sick; Focus your eyes on the horizon

  2. To prevent motion sickness or sea sickness or altitude sickness: Take one of the varieties of motion sickness medicines before your travel begins, as recommended by your physician.

  3. There are essentially three strategies to treatment of motion sickness: Behavioral (avoidance, mental activities), Medication (conventional, alternative), Stimulation (alternative)

  4. Acupressure bands have started appearing in pilot shops and catalogs. These are elastic bands with protrusions that apply pressure to the wrist, stimulating the median nerve in the fashion of acupuncture.

  5. Motion sickness or seasickness is usually just a minor annoyance and does not signify any serious medical illness, but some travelers are incapacitated by it, and a few even suffer symptoms for a few days after the trip.

  6. To relieve motion sickness or sea sickness keep each other occupied and do not think about getting sick.
